[Use Case] Application of Remote Monitoring Cameras in Factory Digital Transformation

We will introduce a case where frequent phone exchanges have decreased, allowing for better focus on work!

We would like to introduce a case study of applying remote management cameras to factory digital transformation at Company N in Koto Ward, Tokyo. At the company, sales representatives used to call factory personnel to know the progress of the projects they were in charge of. Each time, the personnel had to stop their work to answer the phone, and the information shared verbally was often vague. With this installation, they were pleased to find that they could use a PC or mobile phone from outside to remotely change the camera angle and use the zoom function to check detailed work progress. 【Case Summary (Partial)】 ■Challenges - Sales representatives had to call factory personnel to know the progress of their projects, and the personnel could only provide vague information verbally. ■Results - They can now use a PC or mobile phone from outside to remotely change the camera angle and use the zoom function to check detailed work progress. - The frequency of phone calls has decreased, allowing personnel to focus more on their work. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
